1 Malop Street is fourteen storey A-grade commerical office building in the heart of Geelong, Australia. The building rises over the heritage listed Dalgety & Co facade and is the home to Worksafe Victoria.

During his time at Aurecon Australasia, Paul was lead structural engineer for this project from concept design through to construction which saw the building become one of the first WELL Certified buildings in Australia.
