K-LAB undertook the third-party review of the structural design and construction. Additionally, K-LAB were responsible for the design of the lower level timber facade, using Thermowood elements spanning up to 7m in height. Working closely with the architect, Sandellsandberg, K-LAB were able to design an elegant facade solution which is also structural robust.

During the construction phase, K-LAB operated as the contractor's site engineer, undertaking regular inspections and solving potential problems on site to avoid construction delays.
