We were appointed as the third party reviewers of the bygghandling sub-structure and super-structure design. We completed a complete appraisal of the building which led to us reviewing other disciplines such as geotechnical, mechanical, plumbing and rock engineering. As a part of this review, we were able to provide several cost and time saving options which would also reduce the carbon footprint of the building's construction. The K-LAB team worked closely with JM's design and construction management teams to identify the key drivers for this project, tailor making our design solutions to suit the project's needs
